What kind of help is the MUNI when this happens?
Imagine this. You expect the train in 14 minutes. You go out to wait for it and 14 minutes later, it's still 14 minutes away, according to NextMuni. 20 minutes later, you see what I saw above. So, the train was over 40 minutes late. And, it turns out, if you didn't get on that second train (which was supposed to be 15 min behind the front train), you were waiting for another "25" minutes. Right
