So, the big day was Monday... I think everyone was a little wary as the weather of late has been rain, rain, torrential downpour, rain, and more rain. Did I mention that it has been rainy? But the weather completely cooperated and Monday turned out lovely! I was happy to see that it was sunny (although a bit cool).
Graduation itself was wonderful. Dr. Kanter had a great graduation speech - I love his deadpan humor and man, his comedic timing is just perfect. The double hooding was also made wonderful in that Angus got to get decked out in his UK regalia and certainly made a colorful splash. More importantly, I got to get hooded by him and actually get pictures with him in full regalia this time around!

But what really made the day so memorable and special was that my whole family was there - my parents, my sister, and my aunt. It was really a very special moment in my life and definitely one I'll never forget.
